  31. There's all sorts of bells and whistles, but the BASIC functionality needed is, 
  32. IMHO, to either ADD or SUBTRACT a given number from the number embedded in the 
  33. files themselves.

  35. So, I delineate a range of files to affect, and input the SHIFT parameter, 
  36. +100.

  40. Because of the margin for confusion due to "fencepost errors", a small preview 
  41. for the user of what is about to occur would be nice.
